MH TEXTILE ORGANIZES THE “CONFIDENTLY SHINE 2026” PHOTO CONTEST, AWARD CEREMONY AND FLOWER PRESENTATION TO CELEBRATE VIETNAMESE WOMEN’S DAY, OCTOBER 20
In celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20, the Trade Union of MH Textile (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. organized a series of meaningful activities to honor the beauty of women, recognize the contributions of female employees, and strengthen interaction and solidarity among departments. Highlights of the celebration included the “MH Textile – Confidently Shine 2026” photo contest, the award ceremony, flower presentation, and gift-giving activities for female employees.
- Celebrating the Beauty of MH Textile’s Women Through the Photo Contest
With the aim of honoring the beauty and values of modern women, the “MH Textile – Confidently Shine 2026” photo contest was organized to provide a creative and enjoyable platform for female employees to capture memorable moments and express their grace, confidence, dynamism, and unique personalities.
The contest was open to all female employees working at the company. Participants could submit individual or group photographs taken at the October 20 celebration photo area in the company lobby. The entries not only showcased each participant’s individual beauty but also captured the spirit of teamwork, camaraderie, and joy shared by members of the MH Textile family.
Through this activity, the company aimed to create more opportunities for female employees to interact, express themselves, spread positive energy, and contribute to building a friendly, open, and connected working environment.

- Gifts and Flowers – A Token of Appreciation for Female Employees
Alongside the photo contest, the MH Textile Trade Union organized flower and gift-giving activities to extend congratulations, care, and appreciation to female employees on the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day, October 20.
Beautiful flower arrangements were presented to representatives of various departments as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation and best wishes. In addition, the company provided gifts worth VND 100,000 per person to union members with at least three months of seniority, demonstrating its practical care and support for employees.
These gifts were more than a gesture of celebration; they also expressed gratitude for the dedication, responsibility, and contributions of female employees throughout their journey with MH Textile.
Regardless of their positions and responsibilities, every female employee contributes to the collective strength of the company through her efforts, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm at work.

To encourage participation and motivate contestants, the Organizing Committee established a range of prizes to recognize outstanding entries and the enthusiastic response of employees.
The prize structure was as follows:
01 First Prize: VND 2,000,000
01 Second Prize: VND 1,500,000
02 Third Prizes: VND 1,000,000 per prize
03 Consolation Prizes: VND 500,000 per prize
01 Most Popular Photo Award: VND 300,000
Total prize value: VND 7,300,000.
