In response to Workers’ Month 2026, MH TEXTILE (VIETNAM) coordinated with the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor to organize the “Union Meal” program for all employees currently working at the company. The program not only carries the meaning of caring for the material and spiritual well-being of union members and employees, but also demonstrates the care and companionship of the trade union organization and the enterprise toward its workforce.
Attending the program were representatives of the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. ……, together with representatives of the Board of Directors of MH TEXTILE, Mr. HE YANFENG. At the program, representatives of the trade union and the company directly presented 21 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, each worth VND 500,000 in cash, to encourage them spiritually and provide meaningful sharing and practical support to employees.

This year’s “Union Meal” was carefully prepared, from menu selection and cooking to service, by Tram Nam, ensuring quality, food safety and hygiene, and nutrition for employees. In particular, the program was held in a friendly and warm atmosphere right at the factory, creating a space of sharing and connection between the enterprise and employees. Each meal was valued at VND 60,000, reflecting the company’s practical care for workers’ lives.
