MID-YEAR REVIEW CONFERENCE 2025 & OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE HONORING CEREMONY
On August 22, 2025, the Company solemnly held the Mid-Year Review Conference 2025 and the Outstanding Employee Honoring Ceremony, with the participation of the Board of Directors and the entire staff. This important event served not only to review the achievements of the first half of the year but also to outline objectives and directions for the remaining months of 2025.
Mid-Year Review Conference 2025
During the conference, the General Director, Deputy General Directors, Division Directors, and representatives of workshop management delivered reports on production and business performance in the first half of the year. They also shared key achievements, valuable lessons learned, and strategic action plans for the upcoming period.
In his keynote speech, the General Director emphasized the Company’s strategic directions for sustainable development, focusing on:
- Developing human resources and strengthening training programs.
- Enhancing product quality and production efficiency.
- Promoting corporate social responsibility and sustainable growth.
- Building a modern “Green Factory” model.
He also highlighted the importance of the PDCA cycle (Plan – Do – Check – Act), explaining each component in detail to ensure that all managers clearly understood and could apply the methodology effectively in their operations.
Outstanding Employee Honoring Ceremony
Following the review session, the program continued with the Honoring Ceremony for 99 Outstanding Employees – individuals who have demonstrated excellence, dedication, creativity, and responsibility, making significant contributions to the Company’s overall growth.
This recognition reflects the Board of Directors’ deep appreciation for the relentless efforts and remarkable achievements of the workforce.
