On the afternoon of July 10, 2025, MH Textile (Vietnam) solemnly held a company-wide management hierarchy meeting in the main conference room. The meeting was chaired by the Board of General Directors, with the participation of department heads, workshop managers, and representatives of the production and administrative divisions. This event is considered a major milestone in transitioning to a lean, professional, and transparent management model, affirming MH Textile’s steady progress in optimizing its organizational structure.
Deputy General Director announces new internal management hierarchy system
Opening the meeting, Mr. He Yanfeng – Deputy General Director – officially announced the internal management hierarchy standards of MH Textile. The management system is divided into six distinct levels, from the highest level – General Director (Level 1) – to frontline roles like Department Supervisor Assistant (Level 6), forming a structured and synchronized organization.
The core goals of this hierarchical system include:
– Clarifying responsibilities and authority at each level;
– Enhancing transparency in performance evaluations and career development planning;
– Moving toward standardized, modern, professional, and scalable management.
Mr. He Yanfeng emphasized:
“This is the first step in the journey of standardizing the company’s management team, helping everyone clearly identify their role within the system, while creating motivation to advance based on actual competence and long-term dedication.”
General Director inspires on leadership values and human-centered organization building
Continuing the program, Mr. Bi Leijun – General Director – delivered a profound and inspiring speech titled:
“A leader is a team builder – Organizational growth starts with people.”
He stressed that to manage a collective effectively, a leader must possess three core qualities:
1. Positive energy: Always inspiring, optimistic, and proactive in all situations;
2. Good moral character: Integrity, fairness, and responsibility – the foundation for earning trust and respect from the team;
3. Courage and capability: Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and long-term team development.
The General Director further emphasized that leaders must identify and nurture talent, even be willing to promote individuals more capable than themselves – in order to build a strong human foundation for sustainable business development.
He also encouraged a proactive learning spirit: not only mastering one’s current role, but also expanding knowledge of technology, engineering, and processes in other departments. It’s not enough to know “what” – one must also understand “why” – to grasp the essence of each process and collaborate effectively.
Moreover, he affirmed:
“The company is growing rapidly. If individuals don’t continuously learn, they’ll fall behind. Learning is a lifelong journey. A person with good learning habits not only develops themselves, but also positively influences colleagues, family, and children.”
He continued to highlight that diligence is an essential quality for managers. As an integrated manufacturing and trading company, hard work is foundational. A lazy or lethargic leader cannot set an example or drive the team toward a productive, energetic state.
Finally, he shared insights on the role of the business department:
To retain customers, we must first “become family” to them – building sincerity, empathy, and understanding. When emotional connection is established, the partnership becomes truly sustainable, strengthening MH Textile’s position in the textile industry.
Announcement of criteria for outstanding personnel of the first half of 2025
Next in the program, company leadership officially announced the criteria for evaluating and nominating Outstanding Personnel/Managers for the first half of 2025, ensuring fairness, transparency, and objectivity in the commendation process.
The criteria include:
– Work results;
– Team collaboration spirit;
– Innovation and improvement mindset;
– Work attitude;
– Interdepartmental learning and development ability.
Representatives from departments also shared real challenges, management experiences, and improvement suggestions – creating an open and constructive atmosphere that reflects two-way communication, multidimensional management, and collective growth – aligned with MH Textile’s corporate culture goals.
Meeting Conclusion: Human-Centered – System Optimization – Brand Affirmation
Concluding the meeting, General Director Bi Leijun once again affirmed MH Textile’s mid- and long-term strategy:
“Develop People · Optimize Systems · Build the Brand.”
He called on all managers and employees to unite, embrace new mindsets, enhance collaboration, and continuously learn to elevate MH Textile as a leading textile enterprise in the region.
