🎉 MH TEXTILE VIETNAM 2025 SKILL CONTEST – HONORING THE “GOLDEN HANDS” OF OUR WORKERS
From September 29 to October 4, 2025, MH Textile Vietnam Co., Ltd. successfully organized the 2025 Skill Contest, attracting enthusiastic participation from employees across the Dyeing, Weaving, Finishing, and Quality Control workshops.
The event was not only an exciting platform to showcase professional skills but also a strategic step in developing high-quality human resources, reaffirming the company’s commitment to sustainable growth alongside its employees.
Throughout the competition, participants demonstrated strong teamwork, dedication, and outstanding technical expertise.
The total prize value of VND 250 million served as a great source of motivation, recognizing and rewarding excellence among both individuals and teams.
At the Award and Recognition Ceremony, Mr. Bi LeiJun – Chairman and General Director, expressed his delight and pride in the competition’s success, stating:
“This contest was a truly comprehensive one, covering nearly all of the factory’s production processes, including quality inspection. I would like to sincerely thank the Administration & HR Department for their careful preparation, the production workshops for their active participation, and everyone who contributed to this success.”
He emphasized two key meanings behind the event:
1️⃣ It serves as an opportunity to discover and honor outstanding talents, spreading positive energy and professional pride throughout the company.
2️⃣ It lays the foundation for building a systematic 9-level technical skill evaluation system (Basic: Levels 1–3, Intermediate: Levels 4–6, Advanced: Levels 7–9). Employees will receive monthly technical allowances corresponding to their skill levels — a significant step toward recognizing craftsmanship and providing a clear career development path for all workers.
Representing the Production Division, Mr. He YanFeng – Deputy General Director of the Factory, expressed his appreciation to the company leadership for creating a meaningful platform for employees to demonstrate their abilities. He shared his heartfelt thoughts:
“During the contest, I witnessed focused eyes, skillful hands, and the spirit of striving to go ‘higher, faster, and better’. This was not merely a skill competition, but a true gathering of craftsmanship excellence. You are the most valuable assets of our company.”
Quoting the old saying, “To do a good job, a craftsman must first sharpen his tools,” he emphasized that skills are the foundation of one’s career, and people are the core of development. He called on all employees to take this contest as a new beginning — to bring the spirit of competition into daily work, and to foster a culture of “Sharing – Supporting – Guiding” toward a workplace full of “Learning – Competing – Striving – Excelling.”
The MH Textile 2025 Skill Contest concluded in great success, not only identifying outstanding individuals but also igniting passion, dedication, and the desire for self-improvement across the workforce. The event stands as a vivid testament to the leadership’s and Trade Union’s deep care for employees’ growth and well-being, laying a firm foundation for the company’s sustainable development in the years ahead.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also extended warm Mid-Autumn greetings, presenting each employee with a mooncake gift set and VND 100,000 in cash.
